Terms and Conditions: Wedding Photography Giveaway

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to couples who are engaged and planning their wedding. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry.

Entry Requirements: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all entry steps outlined in the giveaway announcement post, including liking the post, sharing it, tagging friends as specified, and sending a direct message to the organizer with requested information.

Entry Deadline: The deadline for entries will be specified in the giveaway announcement post. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

Winner Selection: The giveaway organizer reserves the right to select the winner at their discretion from all eligible entries received. The selection will be conducted fairly and impartially.

Prize Details:

  • The prize consists of an 8-hour wedding photography package valued at $6300 AUD

  • Package includes professional wedding day coverage, edited high-resolution images delivered via Pixieset gallery, and standard delivery within 2-3 months

  • Additional services NOT included and charged at full price: engagement sessions, wedding albums, prints, USB drives, photo boxes, second shooters, raw or unedited files, rush delivery, and any other add-ons or extras

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative

Booking and Scheduling:

  • Winner must book their wedding date within 6 months of being selected

  • Wedding must take place within 18 months of winning

  • Date availability subject to photographer's existing bookings

  • All standard contract terms, conditions, and policies apply to the giveaway winner

Geographic Coverage:

  • Services available Australia-wide and internationally for destination weddings

  • Travel rates apply for venues beyond 60km radius of Gold Coast, Queensland

  • Additional travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon between the organizer and winning couple

  • Travel accommodation for destination weddings not included in prize

Service Standards:

  • Winner agrees to participate in pre-wedding consultation and planning process

  • Weather contingencies and venue restrictions apply as per standard contract

  • Standard force majeure clauses apply (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

Usage Rights and Publicity:

  • Winner agrees to allow use of wedding images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes

  • Images may be used in future promotional materials

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow the organizer to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used for entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Disqualification for Dishonesty: If the organizer discovers that any part of the winning entry has been dishonest or contains false information about wedding details at any point, including on the wedding day, the winner will be disqualified from the giveaway. If dishonesty is discovered on the wedding day itself, the organizer reserves the right to leave and decline to provide services.

Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Modification or Termination: The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants release the organizer from any liability arising from their participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
